- Ingredients needed:
- Portioned size boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt
- a pinch of saffron
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
Toss all ingredients in a bowl add chicken and let marinade for 15 min. Bake or broil in oven and enjoy over a bed of quinoa or brown rice.
