You know that saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” It’s totally true. There is a point to that old saying and this is the reason. Our bodies need fuel for energy. Constantly throughout the day, especially after a good nights sleep. Starting the day this way, gets the motor running and our metabolism revving. We are like natures’ machines, running on nutrients to keep the body moving at top speed, our brains functioning and our internal organs pumping. If you don’t feed your car some high octane gas when its gets low, its going to start slowing down. The parts get clogged up and it doesn’t run as fast anymore. Soon your going in for tune ups or looking for quick fixes from the mechanic. You get the drift. All word play aside, if you want to boost your metabolism for weight loss you need to keep eating mini meals throughout the day to keep our bodies burning calories and burning fat. This is the best way to get a sluggish and stubborn last few pounds off as well. When you become a couch potato, your body slows down to zero. Its not burning any fat and calories anymore because quite frankly its nervous as when the next meal is coming and it knows it better save up.
