As a vegetarian, I’ve always  found diet plans difficult to follow  because they are all meat oriented. Vidadish is super easy  and doesnt really have a meat agenda, unless thats what your into .  Its all about the size ! You fill your dish with the suggested foods for each compartment, and your done. I carry my plate  to work,  and I also bring the vidadish snack container for the 3 pm hangrees, and its made a HUGE  difference. If i did this all day everyday, I would be down 20lbs, as it is now, I’m down 10 lbs in 5 weeks. love it :)
